Siam Botanicals - Wild Roots of Zingiber

Thankfully in 2019, many beauty brands are now realising the power of harnessing all-natural ingredients. We’ve been lucky to find Siam Botanicals, an award-winning and cosmos certified brand whose mission aligns so well with our beliefs. Which is why we wanted to try both the natural Cleansing Balm and Facial Scrub from Siam Botanicals. Their latest range is the Wild Roots of Zingiber  are all formulated with premium organic seed oils and essential oils distilled from the roots of zingiber. These remarkable asian rhizomes including plai, turmeric, ginger and ginger lily have natural skin healing properties that have long been used in effective eastern skincare remedies.  

The first product for us to try was the Lime & Turmeric Cleansing Facial Balm. The balm is formulated with cold-pressed organic seed oils, zingiber roots and boswellia tree resin all of which provide a deep cleanse and hydration. Use a generous amount on your fingertips and massage into the face and neck. Remove with a damp cotton pad and see all of the dirt and makeup come right off! We love how it doesn’t strip the skin of its natural oils and left our face feeling soft and refreshed. Turmeric root is known for its antibacterial properties, calming the skin and preventing blemishes. The turmeric combines beautifully with the uplifting zing of lime to calm the skin.

For an even brighter and healthier complexion, we exfoliated twice a week with the Ginger Lily & Plai Clarifying Facial Scrub. Its fine jojoba wax beads with argan and moringa oils offer the perfect amount of exfoliation without leaving the skin irritated. The essential oils of ginger lily and plai have natural anti-inflammatory properties and our skin looked noticeably brighter after using the scrub. Ruskha's Travel Try-Me Kit

We are always on the go at The Amazing Blog, so when we find 100% natural and vegan products that are also travel-sized our eyes light up.  Ruskha’s Travel Try-Me Kit contains two products; the Skin Awakening Cleanser and the Concentrated Youth Elixir. Ruskha is Bulgarian cosmetics brand founded by Rossy Antonova. They pride themselves on creating products with 100% natural plant ingredients, without using any fillers or synthetic/toxic substances. First, the travel kit includes The Skin Awakening Cleanser, which works to remove dead skin cells and clean pores. We like this product because it gets the tough job done without drying out our skin. It's important to have an effective skin care routine, not just to help make our skin as bright and soft as possible, but because our skin first and foremost works as a barrier to unwanted infections. That’s why at The Amazing Blog we constantly like to remind ourselves and our audience to find a good skincare routine that suits them. We were excited when the brand Bea Skincare sent us two of their products.

The first product we received was a Gentle exfoliating cleanser. Cleansing your face is an essential step in any skin care regime as it helps prevent a buildup of unwanted dead skin cells. Not cleansing your face leaves skin more prone to oiliness, dryness and dullness.  Bea’s new skincare range focuses on an efficient, high-quality beauty range that is non-irritating to the skin and simple to use.  It is recommended that you cleanse your skin daily, once in the morning and evening. Doing so will eliminate dead skin cells and dirt, without over-drying your face. This product uses beneficial ingredients such as green tea to treat your skin.

The next step is the Peptide Eye Serum. If you're self-conscious about your under eyes, then this is the product for you. Once your skin is cleansed, you can apply this product gently under your eyes to reduce puffiness and remove dark circles. Similar to the cleanser, it's recommended that you use this product twice a day for best results. This product's key ingredients include vitamin B and hyaluronic acid.
