Skinade

Skinade - Liquid Collagen

We here at The Amazing Blog couldn’t agree more with the idea that beauty starts from within, which is why we love to experiment with beauty products that work from the inside out. As our regular readers will know, I/we love collagen supplements. Recently, we tried out Pure Gold Collagen collagen drink and now we’re here to tell you that we’ve discovered another new collagen product…Skinade!

Skinade is a liquid collagen drink that works from the inside out to rebuild and strengthen the collagen matrix, boost natural levels of hydration and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Its high-grade collagen is sourced from fresh-water fish, which is low in sodium and avoids mercury contamination. Skinade does not have any artificial flavours or colouring and has fewer than 35 calories. There are two sizes: one for the home and one for travel, so your Skinade trial will never be interrupted. With the travel size, you can carry a sachet of all the ingredients in your handbag for your travel and simply add it to a glass of water when you have reached your destination. Could it be any more convenient?

I really liked this product. I took it religiously before I had my raw juices in the morning, substituting it for my regular collagen powder. After the 3 week trial, I’ve noticed several changes; perhaps most importantly, I have noticed a difference in my joints – bonus! I found that the nagging joint pain that I sometimes have, has lessened and that to me, is a fantastic side effect. Looking at the ingredients, I think it could be something to do with their combined ingredient of MSM, which is a naturally occurring form of organic sulfur aimed at helping joint pain. Besides my joints, I also found Skinade was a great diuretic, getting rid of any water retention.  Interestingly, yes I did find that Skinade had visibly plumped out the skin on both my face and décolletage. Out of all liquid collagen drinks I have tried so far, for me, this is the most impressive. I also want to add that I enjoyed the natural of peach and mangosteen flavour – some of the other collagen drinks I tried had a bit of strange after-taste.

Lara (in her 20’s) has almost completed her Skinade trial too. During the first 12 days, her skin broke out and she almost gave up on the product because of the visible and painful red spots on her face.  She said, “I was very tempted to give up, but I persisted mainly because everyone says it is great.” From day 14 on, she noticed that her skin was more hydrated and those nasty spots from the first 12 days were 100% healed and did not leave any scarring or marks. Now, her skin looks radiant and over-all is super hydrated. “I am thrilled with Skinade. My skintone looks more even and the texture is smooth. I am going to keep buying Skinade 100%.”

I believe liquid collagen drinks are an essential for people over 40, especially if you have slight joint pain or are looking to keep skin more plumped and youthful. Since taking collagen supplements, I have stopped taking my Glucosamine & Ghondroitin Complex because this works better for me. I’m a great advocate for all collagen products that are taken internally and it is something that I will be doing for a long time to come.

If this sounds like the product for you, you can visit the website and begin your Skinade trial from £60 for a 20 day course.
