One of the main things I tend to struggle with when I'm on a diet is the lack of crisps or crunchy food. I don't care what anyone tells you, no apple or nut compares to a handful of McCoys. So when we came across the Crispy Snacks crisps I was sceptical to say the least that they'd be anywhere near as good as a salty corner shop treat. And they're not: they're better. The Amazing Blog office has officially become obsessed with Crispy Snacks. These delicious snack packs are a way healthier alternative to regular salty snacks. They're low calorie, not fried or baked, free from gluten, salt, additives, added sugar and there's less than 1% of fat in the packs. Because of the way they're dehydrated, the fruits and vegetables retain almost all of their nutritional value. Each pack is equivalent to one of your five-a-day, so you don't have to feel guilty if you have more than one pack (which you probably will).
