Here at The Amazing Blog we are always looking for new and useful time-saving accessories. That is why we were intrigued when we discovered the Self-Watering Single Potted Herb Keeper from Cole & Mason.

The Self-Watering pot is a fuss-free kitchen tool that increases the life-span of your fresh herbs. How does it work? The concept is very simple; you just have to put your potted herbs in the white container over a hydro felt pad. This hydro felt pad allows the plant to absorb water through it as it is needed, as the pad is connected to a vessel that can be filled with water through the spout. Water will evaporate from the vessel at a slower rate as it is covered, meaning less time needed for you to spend watering your herbs.  It also looks lovely sitting on your kitchen benchtop, with grey and white to perfectly complement the green of your thriving herbs.

Quinoa & Sprouted Snack Bars - PERK!ER

Here at The Amazing Blog, we can get a little greedy and hungry at times. But with summer fast approaching we need to think about keeping our bodies in shape! So you can imagine how happy we were when we came across the new British brand, PERK!ER, and their delicious healthy snacks!

We had the chance to taste their new plant-based Quinoa & Sprouted Snack Bars. All created with a blend of nutritious ingredients and based on the well-known superfoods Quinoa: a natural source of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals, Cacao: known for its antioxidants properties, Chia: to help to get that a glow and boost the brain and Goji Berries: a source of Vitamin A perfect to get healthy-looking skin & immune system. The bars are also rich in antioxidants and omega 3 to save us from our morning or afternoon lull! Here at The Amazing Blog, once it gets to 3pm we often find ourselves reaching for a snack. However, we also want to maintain our healthy lifestyle goals. That is why we loved it when we got the opportunity to try the healthy snacks from Saf Life that provide more than the usual afternoon pick-me-up.

Vintage Collection – Davenport’s Chocolates

Here at The Amazing Blog, we are not impartial to a little (or a lot of) chocolate indulgence. So when we receive chocolates to sample they often don’t even make it to the desk of our Executive Editor before they are devoured.
 
The fate of Davenport’s Chocolates was no different, with the luxurious box of 12 decadently embellished and masterfully made artisan chocolates destined for a short life. Each chocolate exhibits a unique centre, with the aim of evoking nostalgic British memories in every bite. Whether it is Strawberry & Champagne to bring about memories of summer lawn bowls, or Rum & Raisin Truffle to remind us of scoops of ice cream by the water’s edge; these chocolates each have their own tale to tell.
