Louise Young - Brushes

Here at The Amazing Blog, I’m sure that you are aware by now that we are self-confessed make-up mavens. A good eyeshadow or lipstick arriving in the office will make our day. That being said, we know that a great make-up artist is only as good as their tools.  So we were excited to trial the Louise Young Cosmetics brushes that landed on our doorstep, hoping that they would help us on our way to perfect make-up application.

We were lucky enough to receive a number of wonderful brushes from the collection, all of which we took great pleasure in using. Among our new stash was the LY48 Mini Super Foundation Brush. I’ve long been BeautyBlender convert, as I feel that it provides a more seamless application, but brush was super indeed, perfect for distributing my base, which I then proceeded to blend in with my fingers. I was also lucky enough to try out the LY37 and LY13 Mini Socket Brush. The former is labeled a Brow Brush, but I found that it was ideal for gel eyeliner, helping me to finally master that tricky feline flick. The latter was amazing for creating a smudged out look around the lash line. My smoky eye has never looked so great! Fairfield Gardens - Lip Balms

Here at The Amazing Blog, the girls in the office are always begging me to find a fix for my chapped lips, as I'm constantly suffering from soreness. Until now, I struggled to find a nourishing balm that didn't feel and look really feminine. Thankfully, I breathed a sigh of relief when Fairfield Gardens sent over a selection of their lip balms for us to try. Tabitha James Kraan Hair Products

We here at the Amazing Blog  are obsessed with hair care products and treatments so when we received Tabitha James Kraan dry shampoo and hair oil we couldn’t get enough if it. Dry shampoo is a busy girl’s miracle product giving her time to get on with the day whilst creating plenty of volume.

Let’s face it ladies not all of us have the time to wash our hair every day, washing, drying and styling can often be an arduous process. So here is the answer to your prayers, Tabitha Dry Shampoo takes the grease from the roots whilst leaving your feeling silky smooth and not dry like the majority of dry shampoos. The great thing about this product is that it is not aerosol which can be toxic when inhaled and irritating to skin.
